What’s Required to Get Started with ONERO

Getting started with the ONERO program at Optimal Balance Exercise Physiology is simple and designed to ensure the program is safe and effective for you. Here’s what you’ll need:


Attend as a Private Client or With a Referral

  • Book an initial consultation with one of our experienced Exercise Physiologists (no referral required but you may be eligible for a medicare rebate with one).

Provide Relevant Health Information

  • Share any medical history, recent test results, or imaging (such as a DEXA scan) that may help us tailor the program to your needs.

Commit to Regular Sessions

  • Consistency is key for the ONERO program’s effectiveness. We’ll help you set a realistic schedule to fit your lifestyle.
